1. Complimentary Quotes & Professional Booking Service Fees

We offer complimentary travel quotes and custom itinerary research with zero upfront commitment.
Professional Booking Service Fee
Once you approve a quote and are ready to lock in your trip, a standard non-refundable service fee applies to process, finalize, and manage your reservation:

2. International Entry Forms & Mandatory Immigration Requirements
International destinations may require electronic immigration, customs, health entry forms or travel authorizations before travel. Requirements for destinations including the Dominican Republic, Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Barbados, Curaçao, Sint Maarten, the UK and others depend on your passport, route and current government rules. Visa-free travel does not remove other applicable entry requirements.
Standard Booking Inclusions (Complimentary)
All standard travel packages include official pre-departure instructions, submission deadlines, and direct links to official government portals so travelers can complete their required forms on their own.
VIP Concierge Entry Form Filing — $20 USD per traveler
For clients who prefer a hands-off experience, our team can help complete, submit, and manage applicable government entry forms, such as the Dominican Republic E-Ticket, or assist with Colombia Check-Mig pre-registration. We provide the official confirmations or QR codes issued by the relevant portal prior to departure.
Filing assistance is subject to traveler authorization and the portal’s rules; some steps require the traveler’s direct participation. Our $20 USD charge is an optional agency service fee, not a government filing fee. Any applicable government charges are separate. You may complete forms yourself through official portals; Colombia Check-Mig is currently offered as a free, optional pre-registration service.
3. Online Flight Check-In & Boarding Pass Management
Standard Booking Inclusions (Complimentary)
All flight itineraries include your official airline confirmation numbers (PNR) and step-by-step instructions for completing online self-check-in directly via the airline’s website or mobile app. Check-in commonly opens 24 hours before departure, but the opening window, eligibility and deadlines depend on the airline and itinerary.
VIP Concierge Flight Check-In — $20 USD per booking
For clients who wish to have our team handle online check-in when the airline’s window opens, preferred seat management, and boarding pass retrieval, this optional add-on can be selected at the time of booking.
Seat selection is subject to availability and any airline seat charges. Some airlines or routes require an airport document check or in-person check-in before a boarding pass can be issued.
4. Traveler Responsibility & Policy Acknowledgment
Unless the VIP Concierge Service is explicitly added and paid for prior to travel, each traveler is individually responsible for ensuring all mandatory government entry forms and flight check-ins are completed prior to arriving at the airport.
Travel with Kamiesh provides guidance and official links as a service, but is not liable for boarding delays, denied entry, or airline penalties resulting from uncompleted traveler forms or late airport arrivals.
VIP assistance does not replace the traveler’s responsibility to provide accurate information, hold valid travel documents, meet entry requirements, and arrive by the airline’s required airport deadlines.
