Starting rates and the proposed hotel are subject to availability and confirmation. The hotel summary quotes double occupancy; the dates-and-rates table also lists triple occupancy, which must be reconfirmed. Flights, National Park fees and any accommodation security fee are extra. Confirm the final vessel and excursion arrangements, additional fee amounts, deposit amount, payment deadline and booking deadline in your written quote.
The advertised price is for the full 4-night land itinerary per person, not a nightly rate. Flights and optional excursions cost extra. Other dates can be requested with a fresh quote; this rate applies to the listed departure.

Cancellation & deposit terms
Deposits are non-refundable. The supplied terms allow transfer to another date or trip when cancellation is more than 60 days before travel; deposits become non-transferable when cancellation is less than 60 days before travel. Transfer conditions and treatment of cancellation exactly 60 days before travel must be confirmed in writing.
The supplied itinerary lists the following cancellation charges for the balance amount:
